I love Taiwanese style breakfast with a simple egg pancake and a cup of healthy hot or cold soy milk. They are commonly served in all the breakfast shops in Taiwan.
I love my egg wrap plain but you may add your favorite ingredients with the egg pancake, such as, sausages, ham, chicken floss, cucumber, shredded carrot , cheese etc.
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg (whisked)
- 1 Piece Of wrap
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Add in whisked egg.
- Flip the egg and wrap.
- Roll the wrap.
- Slice the egg wrap and serve while it is hot.
