Egg Wrap (Egg Pancake) 蛋饼

I love Taiwanese style breakfast with a simple egg pancake and a cup of healthy hot or cold soy milk. They are commonly served in all the breakfast shops in Taiwan.



It is not difficult to home make the egg pancake but to make it simpler, I am using the packet wrap that is available in the market. 

I love my egg wrap plain but you may add your favorite ingredients with the egg pancake, such as, sausages, ham, chicken floss, cucumber, shredded carrot , cheese etc. 

Ingredients:
  • 1 Egg (whisked)
  • 1 Piece Of wrap
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Method:

  • Whisk the egg and add salt and pepper to taste.


  • Heat oil in pan.


  • Add in whisked egg.

  • When the egg is half done, put a piece of the wrap on top of the fried egg. 


  • Flip the egg and wrap.

  • Roll the wrap.



  • Slice the egg wrap and serve while it is hot. 


Just a simple and quick breakfast for my cowboys before school in the morning beside bread and jam.
