This is a COOL idea rather than a recipe that I'm sharing with you today! As always, it is simple and easy........
During the hot hot weather, what do you like to have? Something refreshing and cold, of course! Soft drinks and ice cream may sound good and tempting......but most of those selling in the market are not so healthy as most of them are actually consisting of tons of sugar!
Now you could make you own healthier version of popsicles at home. What you really needed is just your favourite individual pot of flavoured yogurt and popsicles stick or even a spoon, to make the Frozen Yogurt Popsicles (Pops).

Wash and dry the yogurt pots, make a small opening on the lids with a knife and insert a popsicle stick in each of them.
Put them in the freezer until set. When they are ready, just take out the pots and run it under the tap water for a little while to melt the side of the frozen yogurt for easy releasing from the pots.
The weather was too hot, the yogurt pops were melting while I was trying to take photos!
