Baked Sushi Nori With Dried Fish Fillet  烤紫菜雪鱼絲

Here is another simple and easy snack for Chinese New Year or anytime of the year. If you would like to make your own CNY snack but don't really have a time, then this is a good choice to go for. Only two ingredients used in the recipe, Sushi Nori or seaweed and dried fish fillet (original flavour or hot).

Beware! This snack can be addictive!
Ingredients:
  • Sushi nori or seaweed
  • Dried fish fillet (original or hot)
  • Egg white

Method:
  • Take 4 strips of the fried fish fillet and fold into half.


  • Use seaweed to wrap tightly around the dried fish fillet strips and seal the seaweed with egg white.
  • Preheat oven at 150C.
  • Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden.

  • Remove and leave to cool completely for a few minutes before storing in an airtight container.
